Beryl Falls

Past the grassland’s end
Into woodlands wend

Where stony Beryl Falls
Enchants, delights, enthralls

Cascading waters bash
Gurgle, froth, and splash

Over lustrous rocks that gleam
The green above the stream

Inhaling decayed leaves
From pungent, sappy trees

Sunlight warms, and mist cools
As we rest by its pools.
